About Dr. Tan

Dr. Tan brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Medical Director at Meridian Park Radiation Oncology which is located on the campus of Legacy Merdian Park Medical Center.

Dr. Tan received his medical degree from Tufts Medical School, and completed a residency in
Radiation Oncology at Stanford University Medical Center, where he was appointed Chief Resident. He also holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Physics from Harvard University.

He brings his years of experience of cutting-edge multidisciplinary oncology care in the community setting. Dr. Tan believes that although technology is important, it is the clinical team who are the key to providing the best patient experience.
